REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Any and ALL refunds, exchanges and/or credits will be made on a per customer, per case basis and is at the sole discretion of Mix And Master My Tracks.

Please note that ALL mixing and mastering services include 2 rounds of changes per mix and/or master.  If you are still unhappy with the results we will try to compensate in other ways such as adding additional change rounds.

With that said, we are aware of other circumstances that may warrant a refund, exchange and/or credit.  

The following list includes, but is not limited to:

 

Eligibility for Refunds, Exchanges & Credits

  • Your payment has been processed but we have NOT fulfilled any services

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong quantity of services

  • You accidentally purchased one service over another or the wrong service

  • You purchased an Artist Spotlight but your song and/or album never got published to any streaming services

  • You purchased a 1 on 1 session with the Engineer but you moved shortly after to an undisclosed location with no wifi and/or cell service and have given up the life of an artist to become a monk.

If a refund and/or exchange is approved, the amount owed will go back to the original card or payment method used during the original transaction.  If the original card or payment method cannot be used then a “store credit” will be issued and must be redeemed within 90 days.  Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the refund and/or exchange.
